Currently looking for someone who has either an apartment, a room in their home with a private entrance, a tiny house, a Casita, long term hotel rental or even an office space would be great, any somewhat small space that I can rent for my work.
Needs air conditioning unit or central air. needs a private entrance and it needs to be ok with you the landlord that i might show up any time of the day or night . (however, at sensitive hours, I wouldn't be coming and going back and forth and I'd be quiet)
My own private bathroom with toilet and shower would be ideal however I'll take a shared bathroom if that's all you got. Not trying to live in the space but might crash there for a few hours, very rarely.
As for location, ideally it's going to be somewhere close to the middle of las vegas, not way too far in any direction where a majority of clients will find it too inconvenient to make the ride out to see me.
